How Can You Participate?

GA-MUN offers tailored pathways whether you are an aspiring student orator, an educational institution fielding a delegation, a student passionate about event organizing, or an experienced diplomat or mentor.

01
Student Delegates

For Students: Become a Delegate

Step into the role of a diplomat representing a sovereign nation or a parliamentarian debating national bills. Build confidence, refine public speaking, and expand your intellectual horizon.

1. Eligibility

Open to students from Grades 9-12 (School track) and Undergraduate/Postgraduate students across all disciplines.

2. Choose Simulation

Select between GA-MUN 2026, Gyan Akshar Youth Parliament, Model G20, or specialized crisis councils.

3. Portfolio Allocation

Submit committee and country preferences. Allotments are released on a rolling merit basis within 4-7 days.

4. Delegate Kit & Inclusions

Includes delegate dossier, credentials, background guides, all meals during conference, and Foundation certificate.

02
Institutional Delegations

For Schools & Colleges

GA-MUN works closely with premier schools, colleges, and universities across India to foster institutional debate culture and civic leadership.

School & College Delegations

Institutions sending a contingent of 8 or more delegates qualify for institutional delegation rates, priority committee allocations, and compete for the Best School/College Delegation Rolling Trophy.

Faculty Advisor Passes

Accompanying teachers and faculty advisors receive complimentary conference access, hospitality, and an official Certificate of Institutional Mentorship from the Foundation.

Institutional Partnerships & MoUs

We collaborate with educational bodies to conduct on-campus intra-school MUN workshops, youth parliaments, and certified leadership training modules.

03
Secretariat & Operations

For Volunteers: Join the Organising Team

Organizing an event of this scale requires passionate student leaders. By joining our Organising Committee or Media Team, you gain real-world project management, public relations, and leadership experience.

Conference Affairs

Manage chamber setups, room logistics, timekeeping, placard management, and formal ceremony protocols.

Delegate Relations

Coordinate registration desks, verify allotments, handle queries, and ensure exceptional delegate hospitality.

Media, Design & Press

Content writing, graphic design, social media coverage, professional photography, and live event videography.

04

We cordially invite civil servants, distinguished academicians, defence veterans, legal luminaries, journalists, and seasoned circuit chairs to share their wisdom with tomorrow's leaders.

Keynote & Guest Speakers
