About the Internship
Interns are attached to a working programme rather than kept on observation. Each intern is assigned a mentor, given defined responsibilities, and assessed on what they produce.

Eligibility
- Students currently enrolled in, or graduates of, any recognised institution.
- No prior work experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Hindi or English, depending on the area.
- Applicants must be able to commit to the full duration.

Duration
Internships usually run from four to twelve weeks. Longer placements are possible for research and publishing work, agreed with the mentor at the start. Both remote and in-office arrangements are considered.

Applications are reviewed against the area's requirements.

A short conversation, held online or at the registered office.

Selection
Selected candidates receive a letter confirming dates and mentor.

Issued on satisfactory completion of the internship.
